- Sometimes you don't have anything to do (maybe due to the current economic crisis).
- Sometimes the management is not good.
- Assignment to projects is sometimes more due to a good network with management inside the company than having the proper skills for that job.
- Not good communication between internal teams.
Improve the general management. For the rest, it is a very good company to work with.
