Incredible access to a plethora of clients. Professional development is abundant, and autonomy is first.

Cons

You can be whatever type of employee you want at Deloitte; a great one or a terrible one. Either way, it'll take a while to see your success internally.

Don't have anyone to report to non-client-wise because your coach doesn't have the time, but they still support anything you need.

Advice to Management

It's a very complicated place. In context, management generally makes great calls, but things are incredibly complex and matricized at Deloitte. Newer employees need help managing the confusion that this creates.
