There is less stability; you have three weeks to find your next project. Your skill set may deteriorate as you have to select the next project available. Some teams have less skilled management; they lean heavily on project managers and team leads. Team members have been "rolled off" projects with little warning, and sometimes for little reason.
Improve people management skills of higher management.
