Although the company is on paper pro smart working (remote work from home once a week), the final decision rests with your Director/Manager, who often denies it. In this way, they preserve a good company image while continuing to apply the old work model.
For these reasons, it is not a recommended company in the long term, especially if you want to dedicate your free time to friends and some small hobbies.
