Incredible amounts of educational resources and good structure.
Corporate structure is incredibly impersonal, and it feels like more hoops are needed to jump through in order to grow your career within the firm.
I'm not sure I can think of a better way, but year-end reviews happening from a panel of individuals who have never seen my work in any capacity is disheartening, to say the least.
