Although I can move up in positions, I don't feel my knowledge is evolving at the same level. I would like to work with a greater diversity of tools and learn more.
It is "mandatory" to do training, but they don't give you time to do it.
In my team, leaving at 6 PM is leaving early. We always leave at 7 PM (or later).
