Good, but frustrating
- excellent pay
- good HR staff
- great on CV
- good socials (especially the Christmas party)
- some perks
- No work-life balance.
- Spiders in the reception area.
- Very hierarchical work culture; trainees are not allowed to talk to senior management without written permission from HR.
The snacks offered in the tea room could do with a serious revamp. McVities have recently been replaced by Fox's Mints under pressure from McKinsey. Not a good move.
