The worst interviewer was the least interested. He kept saying that he had other work he needed to go to. This is not at all good for a candidate who needs a job on an urgent basis.

The interview process was well-organized, and the interviewers were professional and approachable. However, more clarity on the role's expectations and next steps would have been helpful. Overall, a positive experience.

Three interview phases. First with the HR manager, second with senior software engineers, and lastly with the Partner. The technical interview was not hard, mainly focused on clean code principles, data structures, and algorithms.
