Pretentious coworkers. Everyone is quite book smart, but they lack any type of creativity. Everyone here is afraid of not doing well enough at their job. Very competitive workplace.
Hire people with passion and creativity rather than 4.0 GPAs. Hire people who have experienced failure and who take risks.
