Great work culture.

Work hours are great 90% of the time.

Flexible login and logout times.

Great opportunity to learn, with free Udemy and Lynda.

Cons

SNET service line doesn't give a proper hike and bonus compared to other service lines within Deloitte.

The talent model is different in this service line, so it will take you longer to get promoted, even if you are exceptionally good.

The leadership mostly doesn't give rewards or recognize your work, even if the project team is recommending it.

You will see your peers from other service lines have higher salaries than you every year.
