It was not an in-person interview. You just had to answer a few behavioral questions and upload the video. The questions mainly were like: Tell us about yourself, and describe an experience in which you learned a lesson from a mistake.

Interviews were first conducted online with HR and then in person with the manager. Questions were standard, about aspirations, previous experiences, and job expectations. Salary was informed after the job offer.

Group activities, and then an interview. I was given an assessment to do beforehand. It was, overall, not too difficult. I discussed the assessment in the interview. There were also prescreening assessments.
