The collaborative environment between designers and engineers is unlike anything I have been a part of before, and it really shows in the amazing work that we do. Amazing coworkers! A fantastic opportunity to work on major apps for Fortune 500 companies. Overall compensation is well above market.
The office has been going through some growing pains, dating back to before the merger. With such a large group of people, it is not always possible to have enough interesting new projects coming in to keep everyone busy. This has been exacerbated recently by a large-scale project that is a decidedly bad fit for the company culture.
