Seniors are available to talk but cannot do anything for you. A lot of ass-licking is required to succeed within Deloitte. They don't care about your development work, as they think only getting a project is actual work, but development is not. There are many non-technical people as seniors, which might be one reason for that. They will force you to learn different non-technical things, even if you aspire to be an Architect from a technical side. If you say no, you are not performing well because they don't understand the technical side.
Change your mindset for developers. They are definitely not happy.
