Nice people, well-trained, passionate.
Don't like the mindset, their policy, growth, etc.
Maybe it is more about what you are searching for rather than what can be improved. I suggest having 360 reviews, not only from the top. The reviewers should not be involved in relations and not stuck on the same solved problem for months at least.
