Not a good one, but not a bad one either. HR could be more approachable to candidates. I believe department executives demand a lot from someone who starts their career in computer technologies.

The first stage was a phone call with the HR manager. I was asked questions about me and some theoretical questions about programming languages, etc. There wasn't any test at this stage, so I couldn't show my abilities in practice.
