Deloitte is a great place to work for high performers. The PTO is very generous, and raises and bonuses are consistent. Base compensation is very good. It's a big company, so this can't be universal, but the culture is very collaborative and productive. I have seen Deloitte go to bat for employees at times when there was not a reasonable expectation they should have.
There are high expectations and sometimes very long hours.
It is a business, and while they truly strive to make it a good place to work, business will come first--even if it negatively impacts the best employees.
