Racist management. They pay for 40-hour weeks but make you work 15-16 hours a day. In particular, the Deloitte management treats contractors like "slaves." For contractors, there's no growth, only stress. Management sucks. No benefits.
Stop your cheap politics and treat the contractors with respect.
