This is a trash company.
After they promised me a 40-hour work week, it turned out that I would only work 1/2 hour per day, 4 days a week.
On top of that, hours had to be approved, so my paycheck is always late. This is after I quit my current job and had gone through their 2-week background check.
Though their hourly rate was high, working barely 2 hours per week is not enough to make a living. This was a big mistake going with them; it really changed my life for the worst.
Management should keep their word when it comes to compensation that would affect an employee's life. There is a lot of incompetence and complacency at the management level.
