Very positive office environment. Everyone is extremely intelligent and encouraging.
The managers put a lot of responsibility on the interns to get the work done that is assigned to them. The managers are not constantly checking in on the interns to make sure they are doing their work; the interns are allowed to manage their time as long as the work is done within the given timeline.
The only con was that since it was the first year OIM had interns, the internship program had a few bugs in it, or the program seemed a bit disorganized at times.
Junior Role with only a perceptual interview. I started in Porto and went to Lisbon, but the interview itself was remote and had no technical questions, only to understand my goals.
1 hr. Interview (first-round interview) Interview started 15 minutes late. My experience was average. Topics covered included Java OOPs concepts, functional testing, API testing, TestNG, and Java code. I still haven't received a response as of no
The interviewer was a nice person, with some prepared questions. Some challenges were also presented so we could test our analytic and logic ways of working. It was an interesting interview; in any case, it wasn't a hard one.
