3 interviews: HR, Technical interview, and interview with Director. First one is easy; they just get to know you, your goals, and expertise at a high level. Second one is more technical, with a cloud architect asking about projects on your resume.

The process feels unnecessarily complex, involving numerous selection interviews that consume a considerable amount of time. Streamlining or consolidating some steps could help make it more efficient and less time-consuming.
