It's good but not purely a tech company
Good pay, hikes depend on company performance. Good professionals. They always, or at least it seems, are open to suggestions as per my talks with leaders.
High-pressure environment.
Not tech updated still, so many teams use legacy tech and the level of engineers is not as good as the brand of Deloitte is assumed to have.
Less politics on promotions. The snapshots system brings a lot of politics into the system, though it has many benefits.
