One-person technical interview. The interview process is not tough, but the interviewers are very young, so what they are looking for is unclear. After answering all the questions correctly, I still did not get the offer.

General fit interview first, followed by a series of 3 45-minute interviews that would ideally be scheduled for a single day. Notice for getting these interviews scheduled was less than 7 days (counting the weekend).
