Some business units within the company are poorly led and can be detrimental.
Clearing independence can be an issue if you have a lot of investments.
Implement some checks and balances for the project evaluation process. Allow staff to transfer internally prior to letting them go.

Be very well prepared for a technical interview. Cover fundamentals to a deep understanding of specific technologies such as Linux, networking, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS, Azure, or GCP, and scripting. Communication skills are also important.
Software Engineer Entry Level
Three rounds. The first was a take-home assessment, then a live coding interview, and lastly a team fit interview. The coding questions were LeetCode Easy, and the last interview was based on your resume.

It was just one round. They told me that it was an SQL developer role, but they asked me mostly about .NET, which I don’t know. So, I couldn’t crack the interview.
