Good company reputation. May be good for some projects. If you are lucky, you can detail out the pros.
I joined the company, and on the same day, they gave me a good laptop and asked me to start working.
I joined on Wednesday, and they assigned work on Friday. I was asked to go to the office that Saturday and Sunday.
Maybe it's just that project, but that project was like hell, and they were only worried about money. I never saw anyone from that project leaving before 1 AM, even the girls (though they provided cabs).
