really good to kickstart your IT security career, but I would recommend staying at most 2 years to learn everything you can. You can peak and experience how other big companies work, what systems they use, and what flaws are the most common, etc.
Chaotic projects led by sociopaths. Illogical decisions to chase money. You won't be able to fully utilize your inner hacker with this company.
Listen, lead by example, not by force.
