Young and dynamic environment: The work environment is lively, with a young and highly motivated team. This aspect was certainly one of the positive points.

Elegant and comfortable offices: The offices are well-designed, with modern spaces that promote productivity.

Although the company offers a professional and well-structured environment, with attention to the aesthetic aspects of the offices, the lack of a proper work-life balance, combined with compensation that is not competitive compared to my previous experience, led me to not accept the offer.

The company culture, although young and dynamic, sometimes presented excessive pressure. Overall, the situation did not meet my expectations, especially in terms of work-life balance and remuneration.
