Good and Bad things
Great company, great benefits. The company offers you a lot of tools to keep you learning by yourself (all depends on you), and vouchers for certifications.
This is my experience. Maybe other projects exist in different situations.
Poor onboardings from India teams (all the projects that I worked in). You always have to depend on India teams; they are the owners for the major part of the projects. You have to attend calls early in the morning (6 am - 7 am) and sometimes at night (10 pm, 11 pm) to get all the tracking that India has in the projects.
This can improve if the company assigns somebody experienced to be a pendant for the others in the projects. The coach structure is not working.
