Good infra and big brand. Thank you for giving me such a worst experience. Lessons learned!!
This is the worst experience of my career. Never join as a contractor position at Deloitte Support Services in the Hyderabad L block office.
Even though you join here as a contractor for brand value, the managers' mindsets are so low that they give all false hopes in the beginning, saying that they will convert you and all your expectations will be met.
By believing these words, you put in loads of effort to give your best performance.
Work more than 10 hours a day; this is what the expectations are from contractor employees, and there are no team parties.
Contractor employees are literally treated like slaves here, and there is too much discrimination between contractor and full-time employees.
If you refuse to work more than 10 hours, then these people will threaten you that you will not be converted to a full-time employee.
After bearing all this workload and harassment, you work day and night like a slave, but at the end of the project, the same manager will come with crocodile tears in his eyes, saying that they cannot convert you to full-time because of budget problems and all the cooked-up stories they make up.
Don't ever join this company as a contractor or even full-time as well because of the management.
Here, the top heads have a bossy kind of attitude, and they don't know how to behave and treat their subordinates.
Your leadership training needs to be revoked. What's the point of training your next leaders if they are crackheads?
Most of your projects are delivered by contractors, who put in their blood and sweat for more than 12 hours a day. So, you better treat them well.
No rewards and recognition program for contractor employees.
Please stop saying to your contractor employees, "We are One Deloitte." Because inside, it's all a pile of scrap management trying to rule over contractor employees, showing a bossy nature.
