I saw none while I was in this company.
You have to work from 7 am to 7 pm. You are threatened all the time that they will kick you out. I saw a guy that lasted only 2 weeks because the manager didn't like him at Deloitte Digital Mexico. This same guy had a great job before and only accepted the offer because they offered to pay him twice as much. They have no compassion for their employees. Cruel human beings managing groups that are pretty much enslaved. If you get sick, they will kick you out of the project without notice. Managers cover themselves up by kicking out good resources and putting all of the blame on them. Do not trust your future and your family's future in this company, especially in Mexico where they are doing what they wish.
You guys do not deserve any advice.
