The Telugu community has screwed up the workplace with their dirty practices and groupism politics. Spouses of almost all these Indian employees end up as testers or junior developers with fake resumes. USDC Lake Mary sucks because of this specific group.
Cleanse the recruiting policies and streamline the interviewing processes, especially if a spouse is being interviewed.
Managers are unqualified and incompetent, and their selection is rarely based on merit.
