Infrastructure and name, that's it.
Work pressure and no personal life.
Company is hiring their favorite candidates and not focusing towards projects, skills, experience, etc. I have seen the worst hiring happening for a few years.
I don't recommend anybody to join if they want to live a personal life after work hours.
Not recommended to work here. I left this company and got a much more satisfying job.
Change your recruitment, hiring team, and hiring managers. Skills are more important than your own judgments.
Also, let employees live their lives after work hours.
1. Technical Round 2. Manager Round Technical 3. HR Discussion Asked basic questions, and based on the answers, the difficulty increased. Totally, it was a nice interview. * Self-introduction * Past experience * Current role and responsibilities *
It's good, basic, entry-level coding related to K8. Then, a round with the tech manager for an in-depth discussion on implementation strategies. Then, a round with the architect where the discussion will be on how to orchestrate.
I applied through a consultancy. The interview was a very bad experience. I was questioned for wearing a t-shirt. I joined from my laptop for the code and from my mobile for the camera, but they did not accept it. They told me to drop it from the lap
