One of the worst experiences was joining Deloitte as a contract-to-hire. Never join Deloitte India Services as a contract-to-hire position because they give you false hopes that they will convert you to full-time if you work and deliver all tasks before time. At the end of your contract, they will simply ignore you and not convert you to full-time.
Don't give false hopes to contract-to-hire employees and stop C2H.
