I have no idea how contract employees are treated in other organizations, but at Deloitte, it is not a good way of dealing.
Serious work environment. No fun.
Deloitte Hyderabad is hiring contractors because they need them. Then why is the way of treating these individuals so different?
We should mature in this context.
Don't spoil brand value.
