Great for junior developers with no experience, or anyone from India.
There is no future for American developers with experience. When the Commonwealth awards them a contract because they're the lowest bidder, they hire 50 developers for a year and then fire them all. It's a well-known rumor locally, but I had to see for myself. It is sadly true, but they love to keep the folks from India on visas for some reason. The culture is primarily Indian, and they speak Hindi in the meetings. It's so bizarre. And they are designing low-grade software for most of the Commonwealth.
Oh, management is horrible. It's meaningless to give them advice.
