Good people to work with; does not respect your time
I love everyone I work with. The work is interesting and challenging. The pay and benefits are pretty good, minus one thing.
The recruiter will flat-out lie about how the PTO works. Deloitte views it as necessary to work a certain number of client hours, and for many roles, that means working overtime if you want to take all your vacation and holidays in a given year. To say nothing of bereavement or other necessary leaves. They will put pressure on you to move into leadership roles.
