The people here are very welcoming. As a new employee, I worked with people at all levels of the project, and all of them were very helpful during the onboarding process and beyond. Questions they weren't able to answer directly, they provided a resource where I could get the answers I was looking for.

The recruiters are slow to respond. Resource managers are not very helpful when it comes to finding a new project. Networking with current/previous team members is the best way to find a new project.
