I don't know about others, but I enjoyed working with Deloitte a lot.
They encourage people to "Think", not "Follow", unlike many other companies. They never shut down my ideas and suggestions, in spite of me being a contractor.
One last thing I shouldn't forget mentioning here is their recognition of contributions from contractors as well and rewarding them. This is very unique!
I did not notice cons as much as I have noticed pros. Thank you, Deloitte, for giving me an opportunity!
