Very in-depth interview, both from a human perspective (through an introductory interview), and from a technical perspective through an interview where I had to perform exercises, and through a test.

There was a code and video interview screen, followed by a video meeting. They sounded like they were going to hire me, then ghosted me for over a month before giving me a robo-rejection via email.
