Para perfiles tecnológicos, no está mal visto cumplir el horario.
Aprendes según vas acometiendo proyectos y enfrentándote a ellos.
Hay varias plataformas de cursos como Udemy con suscripción ilimitada como apoyo.
- Gran credibilidad y fiabilidad a tu trabajo debido a todos los estándares de calidad que tiene que cumplir para salir a producción.
- La excelencia está impuesta como cultura.
- Gran visibilidad en redes de network por el prestigio de la firma.
- Buena experiencia para tenerla como medalla en tu CV.
- Por lo general, aprendes por tu cuenta.
- Para perfiles no tecnológicos, no está bien visto cumplir el horario.
- Los procesos de documentación y certificación del software por parte de la firma son tediosos y largos.
- La carga de trabajo es intensa.
- Hay algunos equipos tóxicos con mentalidad del siglo XIX.
