About 200 hours of PTOs, which is the most attractive thing about Deloitte to me. A lot of team outings, good communication between the functional team and the technical team.
Too much over time. The required working hours are 9 hours per day, and usually everyone is in the office for at least 12 hours. The manager's estimation about work is not reasonable.
