I worked at Deloitte iLab, and it has a completely different working culture than the rest of Deloitte, as it's an R&D within Deloitte. The managers and teams are supportive, and you get a good opportunity to learn. There is a good work-life balance too.
Deloitte Consulting can be hectic at times, and few managers have a typical service-based mindset.
