It's good and pretty much work-life balance
Good work-life balance. Good to have parties if your manager also loves to party. If your team is a pack of good professionals, you will love every day.
If your manager is not proactive, then your team members would not get any rewards for their work, which can really bring your morale down.
Please address the cons, that would be great!
