I had thought that the interview was with the Deloitte HR Team, but it was with a recruitment consultancy that I had not heard of. I didn't know if it was a scam or not, as the level of the interview was also below average.

Nice. The interview was clean, and they asked both technical and behavioral questions. The technical interview was based on the requirements present in the job description and included all the questions present in the resume.
