Was a student out of college, the recruiting process is very easy since I was contacted just as I was finishing my degree. In general, you're required to do some basic technical skill tests and simple interviews.

They scheduled my interview, but didn't explain it would take almost 3 hours. They started with a presentation about the company, its values, and the usual stuff. Then, we did an English test from an academy whose name I don't remember, followed by

15-minute HR call, as a phone screen. 1-hour team manager call, explaining career path and asking simple software questions about Java, databases, and software engineering. One last call with HR for the offer and to explain benefits.
