• Exposure to some bleeding-edge technologies.
• We traveled like rockstars: first-class travel, 5-star hotels, Uber Black, and excellent dining.
• Health insurance was decent.
• PTO was excellent, but it does come at a cost.
• Networking opportunities so you can leverage future growth outside of the firm.
• Exposure to consulting long enough to know I don't want to ever do it again.

• Lower than industry average pay. Get your money up front and don't settle.

• Absolutely cutthroat work culture.

• Horrible pension and 401K funding. What's laughable is that they try to make it sound better than it actually is with 25% matching of 6% of your salary. That's 1.5% of your salary. The pension is age and time-based, invested at way below market returns of 3.7% or 4 something. Eh!

• Internal investments are important until they are not, so be wary of your job being funded by overhead.

• Their employee evaluation system is irrevocably broken. Metrics can be wildly skewed depending on who and what programs you're supporting.

Look inward for reasons why attrition rates are through the roof.
