Zero work-life balance. Low salaries. No room for feedback. Everyone is worried about only User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Developers are under a lot of pressure. You will be a cog in the machine. You'll get calls on weekends for working. Virtually zero diversity.

Asked several basic questions about Java, Spring Boot, Git, etc. If you know your stuff, you should be fine. I would brush up on definitions before the interview if it has been a while.
The initial interview went well, with thoughtful questions asked by the recruiter. I was informed of their expectations and that two more rounds of technical interviews and a personality assessment would be given.
