I had four interviews, each 15 minutes long, with different members of the leadership team on the project I was joining. They asked me to describe what I was looking for, as well as 6-8 technical questions total.

Few back and forth emails, after which a Zoom call was arranged. The interviewer asked about field-relevant questions, past experiences, education, and motivation. Then, they quizzed me on some concepts.
