Be aware: they will overwork you to death. After I gave my two weeks' notice, they refused to pay me unless I stayed for another month. Again, they overworked me. Both Kaiser and Deloitte have extensive training on treating contractors as people and employees; however, it's lost on the managers from both sides. Deloitte wants to do its best to please Kaiser, and Kaiser has unrealistic expectations of its workers and roadmap. I billed Deloitte for overpayment as they kept calling me after hours, and they said they would pay. The last week, they canceled my timesheet and reduced it to regular hours. Be warned: not all Deloitte may be bad, but it's really bad when Kaiser Permanente is involved.
