Deloitte US is one of the best firms to work for, from consulting and advisory perspectives. There is a vibrant culture among practitioners, and several fun-filled activities keep the practitioners motivated and engaged.
Deloitte USI, on the other hand, is primarily focused on client services, and project delivery is their major business. In my experience, there is a gap in their leadership strategies in managing contracts and SOWs, and at times, they negotiate and agree to impractical goals and SLAs.
