There were five rounds in total. * Manager * Senior Manager * HR * Director * Partner And many more calls with HR afterwards. Due to the pandemic, all the interviews happened over Microsoft Teams. The first and second rounds are fixed.
Initial telephone interview with two senior managers, followed by a face-to-face with the hiring manager and a project manager. The telephone interview was lengthy (one hour) but friendly, open, and positive. It was mostly competency-based questions
They started with the basics of DevOps, then most of the questions were on CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Terraform. There were also some advanced questions on Kubernetes, like custom auto-scaling of pods without relying on CPU and memory, using HPA.
